1. What is Shingle Saver?
Shingle Saver is a product manufactured by Specguard Coatings used to restore and protect shingles from rain, hail and wind. The same materials they use to protect marine fenders and large commercial / industrial properties is used in Shingle Saver.
2. What is Shingle Saver made of?
Shingle Saver is made from a clear acrylic elastomeric coating similar to the industrial strength coatings seen on commercial roofing. Unlike other soy oil based shingle coating products, Shingle Saver is proven to provide the maximum amount of protection against the elements without harmful oils damaging the asphalt shingle.
3. What does Shingle Saver do?
Shingle Saver roof extender is formulated with premium modified acrylic resins designed to rejuvenate aged and worn shingles roofs. When applied it will give worn dried out, brittle roof shingles additional years of useful life. It will protect your shingle against water damage and help with wind resistance.
4. Does Shingle Saver change the color of my shingles?
No! Shingle Saver is milky white when applied and dries to an amber clear that will enhance the appearance of the existing shingles.
5. Will Shingle Saver extend the life of my roof?
Absolutely. Shingle Saver is designed with a unique combination of key components, along with innovative modified, self-crosslinking acrylic resins providing long term durability even in harsh weather conditions.
6. Does Shingle Saver come with a warranty?
Yes! Shingle Saver comes with a leak proof warranty. That means that if any leak occurs in the first year due to normal rain, hail or snow, Roof Saver Services will be back to repair the roof with no cost to the customer. This gives enough time to test the product against the elements and show our faith in the 5 year material warranty.
7. How much does Shingle Saver cost?
Shingle Saver prices are based on customer needs. We offer an ALL-INCLUSIVE service which covers replacement of missing shingles, sheathing repair, sealing of vent flashings and more. Typically, this treatment will run between $1.75 and $2.75 a square foot but prices are subject to individual roofing conditions.

Yes! Roof Saver Services works with the National Bank of Arizona to help customers finance maintenance on their homes.

Cool Roof Coating is a specialized coating applied to a roof to increase its solar reflectance and thermal emittance, thus reducing the amount of heat transferred into the building. Furthermore, Cool Roof Coatings will restore the roof back to it's original condition and protect a property from leaks and internal damage.
